The terms of doing business with us.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between The Cleaning Corporation ("we", "us", "our") and our clients ("you", "your") for the provision of specialist cleaning and environmental services. By requesting a quotation, accepting a quote, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms.

We provide specialist cleaning and environmental services through nine dedicated divisions: MaidSense, EagleEye DeepCleaners, GlassNinjas, The JetMen, Carpet Mage, Facade Rangers, BioPatrol, InduSpartans, and Dream Colours. Each division focuses exclusively on its specialist discipline. The specific services to be provided will be detailed in your quotation and any subsequent service agreement.

All quotations are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to revise a quotation where the scope of work differs materially from that originally assessed, or where access conditions are not as described.

Estimates are approximate and may be subject to variation; any variation will be communicated and agreed before work proceeds.

The scope, frequency, pricing, and duration of services will be set out in your quotation or service agreement. We will agree scheduling in advance and use reasonable endeavours to adhere to agreed dates. Where delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you promptly and rearrange as soon as reasonably practicable.

To enable us to deliver services safely and effectively, you agree to:

• Provide safe, reasonable access to the premises and areas to be serviced.
• Disclose any known hazards, including asbestos, fragile surfaces, or hazardous materials.
• Provide adequate utilities (water, electricity) where required for the service.
• Secure or remove valuable or fragile items from work areas.
• Notify us of any specific site rules, access requirements, or restrictions.

All prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated. Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date unless alternative terms are agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Either party may request to reschedule a service with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to an administration charge to cover mobilised resources. Recurring service agreements may be terminated with 30 days' written notice, subject to the terms of your agreement.

We operate to ISO 45001 health and safety standards. Our Specialist Technicians follow documented risk assessments and method statements. You are responsible for disclosing all known risks at your premises. We reserve the right to suspend or decline work where conditions are unsafe or where required information is not provided.

We maintain public liability insurance of £10 million, employer's liability insurance, and professional indemnity cover. Our liability for any single claim is limited to the value of the services provided or £10 million, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage caused by pre-existing defects not disclosed to us.

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform obligations where the failure results from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, industrial action, or governmental action.

We treat all client information confidentially and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as necessary to deliver services or as required by law.

All materials, methodologies, documentation, and branding provided by us remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or redistribute our materials without prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the updated revision date.
