BioPatrol is a specialist biological and environmental cleaning division founded in 2018, attending over 2,000 domestic and commercial properties every year. We handle some of the most challenging and sensitive cleaning situations with professionalism, care, and discretion. Every member of our team is trained, fully insured, and equipped to handle biohazard, fire, flood, hoarding, and specialist cleaning safely and effectively. We hold a Waste Carrier Licence (CBDU626436) and carry full public liability and employers liability insurance on every job. We lead with empathy. Many of our jobs happen during the most difficult moments of people's lives, so our teams always lead with kindness and compassion. We operate with complete discretion — typically using unmarked vehicles so there is no indication of the nature of the work being carried out. Our technicians are trained to approach every situation with zero judgement — no matter the condition of a property or the circumstances, you will always be treated with dignity and respect. We are available 24/7, 365 days a year and aim to be on site within 2 hours of your call, anywhere in the UK. Our technicians hold accreditations from leading industry bodies including Ultima Academy, Dewpoint Professional (City & Guilds), IICRC, IPAF, and Cleansmart, with ongoing CPD-accredited training. All work is carried out in compliance with COSHH regulations. We work with both domestic and commercial clients — residential properties, landlords, letting agents, housing associations, local authorities, care homes, offices, and industrial premises.
